Contracts.AI, Inc. Subprocessors
To support delivery of our Services, Contracts AI, Inc., may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a âSubprocessorâ). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the
customer terms of service (or if applicable, the superseding written agreement between the Customer and Contracts.AI, Inc.) (the âAgreementâ).
Third Party Sub-Processors
Contracts.ai uses the third party companies below (each, a âsubprocessorâ) to process peresonal data (i) on behalf of Contracts.ai customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Contracts.ai; and (iii) in strict accordance with the terms of a written contract between Contracts.ai and the sub-processor.
Contracts.ai imposes obligations on its sub-processors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring that the sub-processing of personal data is protected to the standards required by applicable data protection laws.
